Can’t make setting changes, keep getting message in title “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.” above after moving website to a new host. Screenshot attached.
Moved website from a host.com.tw to a Google Cloud Hosting with a WordPress Certified by Bitnami install of WordPress. I’m trying to make some changes to the website before I change the DNS settings to point to the new host.
The change I tried to make is in Theme OptionsMisc SettingsFooter Copyright Text (I tried to change the text of email ). That’s when I get the message as attached. I also tried to make a minor change in advanced settings to see if I can make any changes in Theme Options and I also get this error.
I checked the folder settings and seems like permissions are ok on all the folders and files on the server.
