top bar spacing, logo size in header

Hi

Could I get some help with
1. reducing the padding around the top bar widget to a minimum (5px?)
2. having the logo show larger.

I uploaded a large logo and reduced all of the logo spacing to 0, so it must be the top bar padding that’s prohibiting the logo from being larger.
