Testimonial Form

Hello!
Sorry if it is not a support forum questions.

I’m a quite happy user of Virtue Premium Theme. I’m trying to build site for a small beer bars net (alpen-hof.ru). Almost everything is good. But there is a tiny nuance. It is very important for me to get feedback from customers (bar visitors). Current testimonial page is not suited me because:
1) it has no option that allow a customer select testimonial group/category (in admin panel I can create categories, but can’t use it in testimonial form)
2) it has no simple rating options
3) there are no fields customer’s e-mail and avatar (of course I can live without avatar but e-mail is needed in order to have ability of personal answer)

Questions are:
1) Do you have a plan to improve testimonial functionality in the nearest future?
2) If no than how can I deactivate Virtue Testimonial functionality in order to use other plugin? A lot of “Testimonials” in admin panel is so good way.
