Basket Shipping Fields

Hi,
I’m losing a bit of traffic on the Basket page, investigating options to make things clearer (*Login to see link
On the Basket page of Ascend the shipping section reads:
“Shipping Enter your address to view shipping options.
Calculate shipping”
1. this is a little clumsy looking
2. is it possible to remove the line “enter your address to view shipping options”
3. UPPERCASE & BOLD “Calculate Shipping”
4. Have the address fields OPEN by default (i.e. no need to click calculate shipping to reveal the fields)
