Header title vertical alignment

Hi,
Is it possible to change the header title vertical alignment? I can see in theme settings > default title options that theres an option for left/right alignment but not vertical. I’ve tried css but it doesn’t work for smaller screen sizes:

.titleclass .top-contain-title
{
position: relative;
top: 200px;
}
