Post title in RTL language. When try to open the page it says “Not Found”

Hi Ben,
I have a post title in “Urdu” language. It successfully created a permalink when published. When I open the link it says
Not Found
Sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist.
It looks like this was the result of either:
a mistyped address
an out-of-date link
