Looks like this plugin I have been using for several years no longer is maintained. I am going to disable/uninstall after I change out all the slideshows to another plugin. Which one do you recommend (particularly any that has options to NOT put title/description or any text on image)?

I would also remove cyclone slider from your comparison list.
