How select Testimonial category for Testimonial block

I am trying to add a Kadence Testimonial block to a page. I want to display a carousel of all the testimonials assigned to a certain testimonial category.
In the Block settings, I see hundreds of settings that control the display: *Login to see link
I do not see any settings that allow me to select the testimonial category that is the source for the block.
