Shrinking Mobile Sticky Header

Hi (again).
What am I doing wrong (again)?
I want shrinking mobile sticky header but not on desktop.
I have now
Enable Sticky Header off
Enable Mobile Sticky Header on
Enable Shrink Header on
Transparent Header on
Only css I have now is
#nav-main ul.sf-menu a, .nav-main ul.sf-menu a {
padding: 12px;
