move site logo position in relation to menu

Hey there can you please help me with the following,
I would like to drop the site logo down and have it in line with the main menu on http://www.mimiemmanuel.com site pls. How do I go about that?
. I would like to be able to provide ‘free downloads’ as well as ‘just email downloads’ for visitors. Can you please tell me if there is a free or one off nominal fee plug in or possibility to get a nice big button which says FREE DOWNLOAD HERE and BOOM there is the pdf and also EMAIL here and DOWNLOAD here. Thank you very much.
As it stands at the moment visitors have to click like 5 or 6 times to get a download and it is rather clunky. (using Easy Digital Downloads).
