Kadence Gallery will only load as tiles

Hi,
We have Kadence Galleries 1.1.10 loaded on our site.
It will only load the gallery if it is in Tiles mode. If we try masonry or square etc the gallery does not load.
The images are all 800px x 800px or larger.

I have tried deactivating all other plugins and changing to TwentyNineteen theme and the issue remained.
