Move topbar content to bottom

Hi all! I’m using the store notice for a quick sale, but it’s covering the content and menus in the topbar. I’ve increased the topbar height, but all that’s done is make it taller on both sides of the menus (it’s better, but the menus are still being partially covered by the store notice). Can you tell me some CSS to make the topbar content float at the bottom of the bar? I’ve searched the forums and tried various fixes, but nothing is working. Thanks!
