Product category carousal fixed to the bottom, how to change it?

Hi,
i use elementor to edit the page. On the theme option, if i turn on the product category carousal option, it will only fixed in the bottom of the page. how do i change it or put it in the elementor? I have used the weiget in the elementor, but it will show full products rather than scrolling.
