Mobile Slider responsiveness

So I am using a kadence pro slider for desktop and then I have a separate slider with images optimized for mobile. I set the use of mobile sliders in theme settings, but if I use the inspect tool on my browser to check that the images are displaying properly on mobile it stays on the desktop slider unless I refresh the page, happens vice versa too, mobile slider will show up on desktop view sometimes And also I have a few clients saying the mobile is showing up on desktop as the default.
Any help would be appreciated.
