Any way to close accordion from end of post?

I’m using an accordion for information and reference links. However, each entry is long, so after reading, you have to scroll all the way back up to close it and then reopen next. If you open one with the previous one still opens, you have to look for where the beginning is. It doesn’t make for a smooth experience. I tried to add anchors to go back to the title, but it didn’t work.
