POSSIBLE BUG in ASCEND: variation product

here i have a product with two variations: *Login to see link
the L/42 has stock but the other no… when i select the one with no stock an errore message appear: ( trasnlated from spanish: Choose product options before adding this product to your cart.) ….
I tried to delete all css and fucntion.php customizations… and quit all the plugins except woocommerce…. the error is still there….
i tried to installa virtue… and the difference is that, the no stock variation option is not avalable… while in ascend yes, the customer can select the avriation that hasn’t stock….
can you please check it?
