Error in Plugin activation Slider Pro – The plugin does not have a valid header

Hello Ben,
In WP an error show up when installing kadence-slider.zip on activation of the plugin.
I tried 2 times a fresh download out of Product Downloads, but everytime the same error.
Error in WP says: “The plugin does not have a valid header.”
Which Plugin? -> Kadence Slider Pro, actual Version 2.3.0
On Activation of the PLugin.
