Kadence Icon Block now showing as vertical

Hi,
For some reason when creating a row of icons with the icon block they now appear in vertical format when viewed live (they still appear as a row when perparing them). This seems to have happened without changing any settings as I also have a reusable block and all have changed to a vertical format without me altering it – again in editing they still appear as a row.

Any suggestions on what has happened or how to get them back as a row?
