Invisible Alt Attribute of photos in Home Icon Menu

I have a big problem with Home Icon Menu on Home Page – the alt attribute is invisible on photos in each icon (I have 15 icons on Home Page). Please check and look at this: Validator
All photos have alt attribute written in Media (I use WP SEO by Yoast), so I did everything properly.
Alt attribute is also invisible on footer (small logo picture “Wizerunek Kobiety”).
Alt attribute is visible on posts on home page.
What can I do?

Ps. What about other errors shown in that validator – is it my foult? What can I do with them? I am not a programmist, so it seems very difficult for me.
