two H1 tags on main page

Hi,
I’ve just found out that there is a possibilty to put H1 tag on main page twice. First one is in Home Page Title (visible when option Page title is turned on in Home Image Slider) and the second one is in Call to Action Text. First one seems obvious, but H1 in call to action suprised me. As far as I know there should by only one H1 on each page. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
