Staff posts – error when publishing

On the Ascend theme,
Im getting an error screen “This site can’t be reachedhallcpas.com unexpectedly closed the connection.” when I try to publish a Staff custom post type.
but not on any other posts tyles. Then the site won’t load for few minutes after attempting publishing, any ideas?
