Homepage Not Changing

Hi,
I’ve gone into Appearance> Customise> Homepage Settings, then selected ‘A static page’, I then selected the ‘About Us’ page and then clicked ‘Publish’, BUT for some reason or another my website http://www.myocdlife.co.uk continues to display the previous page, so I went into Pages and Deleted the old page, I also went into Trash and ‘Permanently deleted’ the old page, BUT despite deleting the old page it still displays as my Homepage instead of the ‘About Page’! I’ve cleared all caches and cookies on my computer using both Googles settings and to be sure CCleaner, I then restarted both my Computer and my Router which had absolutely no effect, so I made all Plugins inactive and reinstalled both the Ascend Theme and WordPress core files, again all of this has had absolutely no effect, Please Advise, thank you.
