Plugins, Theme options and many other disappeared from dashboard

Hi,
I deactivated and delete a plugin (star box) from my plugins and then boom my site disappeared. I tried to login but couldn’t – I contacted Bluehost who said I must try again in an hour.
Other thing I did before that was adding a favicon as mobile issues said I have no favicon but then I saw there was one? So I’ve tried to re-add it (don’t know what caused the issue) but problem is this morning I can login but my dashboard looks totally different.
No premium theme info, plugins, appearance, google analytics and many other info completely disappeared. I also received message from WordPress informing me their is updates available 🙂 – can’t update anything. Need your urgent assistance please.
