Kadence Blocks Pro: Form reCaptcha v3

Is there a way to verify if the reCaptcha v3 is working? I’ve added the Site Key and Secret Key. I see the reCaptcha field in in the form code using inspect element but when I submit the form in an incognito window I don’t see any sort of validation or reCaptcha box.
I also don’t see any data in the Google reCaptcha dashboard. Thanks!
