Replace Text at cart/checkout

Hi K-Team,

Hope you are all doing well!

Please see the attached/uploaded image for a text change I need to do on a cart – *Login to see link – I figured out a portion of it and can add the text before or after but am having some difficulties replacing the actual text.

Here is what I tried, I am guessing it is something simple that I am overlooking.
