Image blocks – fine in editor but not displaying properly on preview/publish

Hi,
I’m finally trying to get to grips with using blocks instead of the classic editor (late I know!)
I’ve just created a blog post and added in a gallery block with two pictures and a caption. Looks absolutely fine in editor.
If I then preview the post, or publish it, the gallery block completely breaks – it overlays the text block above it and the caption jumps to the right instead of appearing below. The same thing happens with a single image block.
Any idea what might be happening here? Screenshots and link in the post below.
