Sticky Header covers anchor object

When using the anchor link
*Login to see link
the browser (Firefox) jumps to the proper spot – the line above “Perry Holbrook State Park”
But then the sticky header jumps into place and covers up the line and the header below it.
How do I get an anchor link to show up BELOW the sticky header rather than covered up by it?
