Woocommerce product hover for title and price?

I have a client who is very keen on the hover functionality (shown in the attachment) for their Woocommerce store.
Basically don’t show the title and price below the image – only on hover.
I can see issues potentially for mobile, but is this something that can be done in Ascend theme?
The site they are looking at isn’t WordPress…
