Need to update – version questions

Hello
I am running WordPress 5.3.2

I have your Premium Virtue Theme 4.9.16 – my child theme states version 1.0 – when I do updates I activate the non child Premium Virtue Theme, do the update, and then active the child once again.

Woocommerce – running 3.8.1
There is a new version available 3.9.2 however..

Message appears ‘Heads up! The versions of the following plugins you’re running haven’t been tested with latest version of Woocommerce 3.9
– Woocommerce Blocks (tested to WooCommerce 3.8)
– Woocommerce Customizer (tested to Woocommerce 3.8)
– Zoom (unknown)’

Note I am running Woocommerce Blocks 2.5.6 (2.5.13 is available)
Woocommerce Customizer 2.7.1 (2.7.2 is available)

Questions: Should I hold off updating to Woocommerce 3.9.2?

What about Woocommerce Blocks and Customizer? update?

I see Install Kadence Block on my dashboard as well…how should I go about this given all I have said above?

What does Kadence Block do for my website administration?
