error installing Slider Pro

Hi, this is the fourth or fifth time that this happen: when i install the slider pro plugin this message comes out “The plugin hasn’t a valid header” …. than i go to the plugin page and the plugin is installed but not activated, so I can install without any other problem,…
It happend to me a few times, I think every time when I installed a new site.. but not sure…
