Make a TopBar Menu Mobile in Style

I have a secondary menu in my TopBar which I’d like to only display in the style of a “Mobile Menu” i.e. with the 3 horizontal lines. Is this possible?
And while I’m asking, I’m also considering only using the “Mobile Style” menu for everything – even the Primary Menu. Is that possible?
