Custom Breadcrumbs Based on Post Category

Is there a way to change the default breadcrumb hierarchy for posts of a certain category?
For example, I want my posts in the Blog category to have a different hierarchy tree and home page than the Recipe category posts.
Attached is snippet of what I’d like customize.
