Issue with loading suburbs on checkout

Hi
My site is http://www.kzncraftrevolution.co.za. I am using the “The Courier Guy Shipping for WooCommerce” plugin to sync with my couriers system.
When I go to checkout there is an option that asks the client for area / suburb and it should allow you to type the suburb and it syncs with the plugin with the available suburbs but this isn’t working when the Virtue Theme is activated – it does work when using other themes. Strangely though it does work when viewing in mobile using Virtue.
Please advise how I can get this to work on checkout on pc view.
