Help with Redesign of a Virtue site

Hi there
I have decided to take the opportunity to redevelop my website while we are in lockdown here in the UK and I am looking for some help. I want to change my homepage from a slider to a static header, and reproduce some of the features you show on your own home page kadencewp.com, but I can’t see how to do it. Is it possible with Virtue? Or is my better option to go with your latest Next Generation Theme?
My site is http://www.houndsconnect.co.uk but I am going for a major overhaul of the layout so probably not that relevant
