Woocommerce Shortcode

I’ve been having trouble getting a relatively simple Woo shortcode to work, and Woo hasn’t been helpful, referring me to “developer.” The shortcode is [add_to_cart_url id=”15533″], which should display a product with an add-to-cart button.
When I put the shortcode in a “classic” block, it shows up on the preview as ?add-to-cart=15533.
When I put it in a “shortcode” block, it displays the same way.
There is also a Woo block called “Handpicked Products” that allows me to specify a product to display, that could accomplish what I’m trying to do. However when I try to use that, I get “Error loading block: Invalid parameter(s): attributes” in the block panel.
Any ideas?
