No option to change Header font in block (Permalink)

Hey Hannah,
a) Can you please assist me how to change the font for this header, I want it a different font?
On the other blocks it gives me the options to change the Header font but not in this specific block -why?
b) Is this automatically an H1 header?
c) I assume I cant just leave it open and add another H1 header below as it will influence my SEO.
