Big Problem Cyclone slider missing

Hello Ben,
I’m sorry to be again here for another problem but searching for Cyclone Slider I cannot find in the Commands Column. It’s installed and activated but no trace on the dashboard column.
I deleted it now and re-installed again but nothing at all. It doesn’t appear. If I deactivate the notice pop up to activate the plugin. So the plugin it’s present but the commands not.
Please check, you have admin data

UPDATE: The plugin present in the theme folder is an old version not compatible with WP 4.0.1. Other issues appearing in Virtue theme too with this plugin because has the same version in the folder. Please, update it. Thanks. Angelo
