Hi

I have been unable to log into wordpress on the site I queried this with my hosting provider as per below thread:

First response:
“I have enabled PHP error display within konsoleH and now when browsing to the site, I am presented with an error relating to the ‘Revslider’ plugin on the website.

My suggestion would be to go to the file manager in konsoleH and navigate to the following folder to rename the ‘revslider’ plugin:

Public_html -> wp-content -> plugins

Renaming the plugin will disable the plugin and allow you to log in to the WordPress admin panel to update or replace the ‘revslider’ plugin.”

I did what they asked and it still wouldn’t work. So I received this response:
“I have renamed revslider to revslider_old, the error then changed to kadence-slider.
I actioned the same on kadence-slider and the error changed to virtue-toolkit, this then later changed to virtue_premium which is a theme.

When renaming the entire plugins directory, it remains on virtue_premium error which is a theme.

When renaming the entire themes directory, we are presented with the below error:

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /usr/www/users/tclraadbmg/wp-includes/theme.php on line 629 Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /usr/www/users/tclraadbmg/wp-includes/theme.php on line 629

I do advise that you or your website developer further look into the files and content as it does not seem to be corrected by renaming only one plugin or theme.
I have corrected all the plugin and theme names as they were found when I started.

You or your website developer might need to download the files and work on them offline in order to correct the error.
As this might be due to PHP incompatibility, I have attached the PHP incompatibility report. This also appears to point to the theme virtue_premium as incompatible.”

Please can you advise if there is anything you recommend I should try.

Thanks in advance for your help.
