Comments aren’t working for visitor using their mobile browser

Hi there,
I hope you’re in the best of health!
Recently I noticed that the comments are not working when visitors are trying to submit their comments from their mobile browser. However, it’s working perfectly fine when comments are submitted from desktop browsers.
Could you look into this, please?
