Change ‘leave reply’ text for blog post categories

Hi team,
Is it possible to customize the ‘leave a reply’ text for certain categories of blog posts? Ideally I’d have a different text there to invite visitors to either ask a question or leave specific type of comment, depending on the type of blog post. Example of such post here.
