Working on updating theme but site went down in the middle of it

Hi,
I’m trying to update the Pinnacle theme to the paid version, however, when i was testing it, my whole site went down. This happened before with the free version and got my hosting godaddy to bring it back. Before i contact them, i want to know if you think its a theme/wordpress/godaddy problem.
Can you see any problems your end and is there anything i can do my end?
