Kadence Theme – Content Links – Highlight Underline

Hi Kadence Support,
In the Kadence Customizer for General / Colors, I have the Content Links setting at Highlight Underline. My expectation was that links in content would be underlined, however they are not, even when I mouse over them. What should I do to get content links underlined?
