Kadence Price Table – Toggle Montly/Annual Switzer

Hello,
We have started to use the Kadence Price Tables, and find it works very well. We have two issues that we hope Kadence support can help us with.
1. We have several services and therefore we will also have several price tables. Some of our services are sold monthly and Annual and we have tried to figure out how we can add a toggle Switzer (Monthly/Annual) to the Kadence price tables but only succeed with an anchor solution, which not is the best one. Would you be able to show us a way forward for the toggle monthly/annual switzer? Here is a price table with a toggle switzer; *Login to see link
