Reoccuring problem with lay-out pages

Hi,
For the past month, I’ve been having a reoccurring problem with the lay-out of my pages.
The menu looks all weird and the page lay-out is all over the place. Sometimes it shows, sometimes it’s normal. Here’s an example: *Login to see link
I’ve added screenshots as well to compare. The first 2 screenshots show the problem with the lay-out of the pages, the last one is how it should look like.
I deactivated plug-ins to see if it was one of the plug-ins that caused this issue. I thought there was one, which I deleted. Now it’s happening again.
Would you know what the problem here is? I really hope you can help me!
