Woo Reviews – hide form on single products

Hi,
I have a client site that predominantly has individual bespoke products for sale (i.e. only one available, once it sells it’s gone).
When we get a review on a sold product I want to hide the reviews form, while keeping the single verified review showing.

Reviews are all in standard Woo format, no extra plugins. Product template is built in Elementor with Pinnacle.
