BUG REPORT: Header / Content spacing

Hi – I think there’s a bug in the customiser > general > layout > Content Top and Bottom Spacing
Could you check and advise?
I want to get rid of this space, so I change the setting to 0 em, it seems to fix the issue, I save the gap is still there.
I set to .01em it works. Seems like a 0 or empty value in the customiser is ignored.
I could fix this with CSS, but I don’t want to.
