Change header hight for mobile

Hi,
Is there a CSS-code that I can use to change the header hight for mobile? (Site Header > Header Hight)
I also have another short question, Is it possible to use the ”soft outline” that the Virtue Premium Gallery uses for it’s pictures, or is this reserved for the specific theme?
