I have implemented the transparent header with a transparent sticky header which shrinks. Both backgrounds are set to the same color/transparency.

I’m seeing that when I just begin scrolling the header turns opaque. As you continue to scroll and reach the shrink sticky size the opaque area begins to scroll up with the transparency following. The screenshots in the word doc at the link below will probably explain better.

I’ve tried changing many of the background settings, but cannot find one that impacts this behavior. Do I have something set incorrectly, or is this the expected behavior.
