Strange graphic elements visible in Kadence Slider (using Chrome)

Hi,
Just discovered some graphic elements that shouldn’t be visible in the slider when using Chrome.

I noticed that these links was unfortunately in the Google search results as well.
“Events
Go to slide 1; Go to slide 2; Go to slide 3; Go to slide 4. Three …”
Any idea what this is?
