Kadence Starter Template install error

Howdy,
I am getting an error when attempting to import a starter template (see screenshot) on my A2 shared hosting account. I have 3 other test sites on this account using the latest Kadence theme and Kadence Blocks plugin with no problems.
The import when fine on my local site (Laragon on Win 10).
I checked the usual suspects: PHP is 7.3 and file permissions are what they should be.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated 🙂
